Happy Wednesday from your friendly neighbourhood Product Manager, Natalie! 
I wanted to send a friendly reminder about your profile pictures, as we’ve recently moved to a grid layout on our search results page, which means your photos are larger and getting more focus from potential students/parents.
We want to support you being shown in the best way possible by displaying nice, bright, and large photos! Here’s some tips and tricks, so that you can display a photo that shows you at your best:
- Ensure that the photo is taken in a well lit room with lots of light in front of you (facing a window, for example!)
- Make sure you’re against a simple background so as to not distract from your profile picture
- Choose a photo that is really clear/crisp/in focus
We wanted to pass on the optimal dimensions to help you get the perfect photo for our search results layout. Photos display best in 1:1 ratio (square image) and have 320x320 pixels or greater (if you’re using an iPhone, you can use the “square” option!). An example can be found below:
