Is anyone else getting in-person requests when profile is set to online only?

I have just been waiting in my lesson for a student that requested an online lesson that didnt arrive, when I messaged it to enquire if they were having touble connecting, it turns out they were waiting for me to turn up at their home in London for an in-person lesson. I live in Liverpool. Rather frustrating and now I worry this will affect my booking score.
Has anyone else had this issue since the change over?

I think there will be some glitches. I’d say message tutorful and they should be able to make sure that it doesn’t affect your score.
